Appointment booking and guidance

Appointment booking for maternity and child healthcare services and counseling are available by phone on weekdays from 8 am to 1 pm from number 044 416 3103. Your phone number will be stored in the call-back system with a single telephone call. You will be called back no later than the next weekday.

Please read the instructions below before submitting a call-back. You can find the addresses and telephone numbers of the clinics at the bottom of this page.

Please fill out the maternity care preliminary information form before calling your first pregnancy appointment. You can access the form here. Please note that we cannot book the first appointment time until the maternity care pre-information form has been completed.

NOTE! If you need a certificate from an employer for the care of a sick child, contact your own health and social services centre.

Cancellation of the appointment

You can cancel your maternity or child health clinic appointment by sending SMS to 045 7395 9176. In the message, write your name and, if you cancel your child’s appointment, also your child’s name, the exact appointment time and the name of the clinic. You cannot book a new time via SMS. We will notify you with a message once we have processed your cancellation. In the message, we will also tell you how to book a new time.
